I did see something online that said to install the driver on the latest windows that it did work for me that was windows /32812.txt. Saw somewhere else that said to install in compatibility mode but I could never figure out how to do that.
Don't give up! It is possible! Sorry if this seems a wijdows question. I am retired and can no longer just ask the IT guy. I uninstalled and then I also deleted printer from my list of devices.
